Eurovision - an extra stomach pain [25 May 2003|04:41pm] [ mood | sick ] [ music | robbie williams ] I really feel sorry for Lynn. Everyones going on about how crap the song was. I liked it. Maybe it didnt have that little thing that usually gets us to the top (now that we're in Europe), but I liked it. Her return to Malta is going to be such an anticlimax after last year. Im guessing: no packed airport to greet her, no three free cars for her. oh well. She tried. And if you wanna try to look at it on the bright side... we still came second, just from the last :-/ So it turned out to be an absolute waste of time watching. The songs all shouted "BLONDE" and "BELLY BUTTON". The only thing that kept me watching was Terry Wogan's brilliant commentary. I'm cross-posting this, but his Is that an astronaut on your chest? comment had me sniggering for hours. After the EV, Aimee & I logged on, but I was in agony and exhausted so I couldnt even keep up a halfway decent conversation, so we went to bed. Took ages to sleep coz of my stomach, only to eventually manage to sleep and wake up late for work (I start at 10, I woke up at 10:25!), speed to work and spend another 6 hrs there still in agony. Stomach cramps got so bad I was having to gasp for air. Then i get home and it STOPS! ugh. ANyways, Ive gotta go back to work now coz Mario's sick. Am also supposed to be going over to Kim's in 15 mins to practice the dance, but I'm not too sure how much dancing I'm gonna manage. I spent too much energy today just trying to breathe. And before you comment, no it isnt gas; yes ive checked it out; no the docs have no idea what it is. thus is my life. i'm the alien that fell from the sky and landed in my mummy's tummy. the alien that needs a whole new set of medical laws to be understood. 9 thoughts | think
